Yesterday was International Talk Like a Pirate Day (along with Butterscotch Pudding Day).
Emergent Leadership Institute, an agency that connects high school and college students with meaningful volunteer experiences used the occasion as a fundraiser.
As you can see, I'm having trouble keeping a straight face.
Here is Captain Salty at the Red Key
Tammy looks lovely in her tattoo and the mustache.
The mustache really dresses up Matt's High Life, don't you think?

Oh yes...I missed this Butterscotch and Pirate Day....I learbed about it over at Rachel's place...(Sliding Through Life??)
You look adorable! And it all lookes like it was great great fun!
LOVE the Mustache....LOL!
Yes, Our Family is the same configuartion...only I am the youngest. For some reason I seemed to "see" everything from my vantage point....And I don't believe I ever felt envy or jealousy towards my siblings....I just looked up to all of them...Possibly what the youngest does---I don't know. But I believe their were, on the other hand, jealous feelings from my middle sister towards me....And unfortunately, this has continued to this day....It has strained our relationship terribly. That is life sometimes, I am afraid.
Nora
What a great post! The only way it could get any better is if you would take the time to trim your mustache.
Ralph
Arrrrr!!! Great mustache Nora!! I never knew you had one. Gee.....
I'm glad Ralph was the first one to mention your mustache.
You folks are having waaaay too much fun.
"Well it was the first day with me hook."
Sorry, really old joke.
Hats, eyepatches, tattoos, and even a hook!!!
What fun!!
I'm sure you said plenty of arrrrrghs that day.
I have some facial hair remover that you can borrow for that moustache.
Actually, that moustache makes you look suave.
I think you should keep it!!
Someone at a professional gathering I was at that night mentioned this, and started off by asking "Who is a pirate's favorite actor? Peter Sarrrsgaaaarrrrd." Heh.
