mum's is [not] the word

... at least for October. Remember when once upon a time, five years ago, when I posted all 31 days of October. I'm going to try that again.

I miss writing or at least thinking about writing daily and quite frankly need the distraction.

These beautiful mums belong to my dear mum - I need to get them to her, but I'm enjoying having them on my front porch. I'm sure a squirrel will be enjoying that pumpkin for a snack soon. Probably tonight.
